Description

Request to authorize the City Manager, or his designee, to amend the Phoenix Zoning Ordinance, Section 601, the Zoning Map of the City of Phoenix, by adopting Rezoning Application Z-71-19-7 and rezone the site from C-3 (General Commercial) to C-3 DNS/WVR (General Commercial, Density Waiver) for multifamily residential use. This file is a companion file to Z-22-20-7 and should be heard first.
