Request to authorize the City Manager, or his designee, to amend the Phoenix Zoning Ordinance, Section 601, the Zoning Map of the City of Phoenix, by adopting Rezoning Application Z-22-20-7 and rezone the site from C-3 (Pending C-3 DNS/WVR) to C-3 DNS/WVR HP to allow a Historic Preservation overlay zoning for the Arrow Motel / Rainbow Motel.
