Description

Request to authorize the City Manager, or his designee, to amend the Phoenix Zoning Ordinance, Section 601, the Zoning Map of the City of Phoenix, by adopting Rezoning Application Z-22-20-7 and rezone the site from C-3 (Pending C-3 DNS/WVR) to C-3 DNS/WVR HP to allow a Historic Preservation overlay zoning for the Arrow Motel / Rainbow Motel. This file is a companion file to Z-71-19-7 and should be heard after Z-71-19-7.

PC Action: The Planning Commission heard the case on Sept. 3, 2020 and recommended approval, per the Encanto Village Planning Committee and Historic Preservation Commission recommendations by a 9-0 vote.
