I have the capability, reliability and qualifications to hold a liquor license because:

“I am the agent and owner of two other liquor stores in the City of Phoenix. I have extensive experience in owning and managing liquor stores. I understand the compliance issues and I have a good record of ownership in my stores."

Staff recommends approval of this application noting the applicant must resolve any pending City of Phoenix building and zoning requirements, and be in compliance with the City of Phoenix Code and Ordinances.
