Description

Request to amend the Phoenix Zoning Ordinance, Section 601, the Zoning Map of the City of Phoenix, by adopting Rezoning Application Z-124-23-1 and rezone the site from C-2 (Intermediate Commercial) and R-2 (Multifamily Residence District) to R-2 (Multifamily Residence District) to allow single-family residential.
