Summary
This resolution exempts certain vehicles owned or leased by the City of Phoenix, including vehicles used by the Police, Fire, Human Services, and Aviation departments. A.R.S Section 38-538.03 provides that the governing body may grant such an exemption for a period not to exceed one year. These vehicles are used in connection with social service programs, investigations, and other confidential activities. The confidential list required by statute is available to City Council members upon request.
