Description

Request to amend the Phoenix Zoning Ordinance, Section 601, the Zoning Map of the City of Phoenix, by adopting Rezoning Application Z-SP-8-25-6 and rezone the site from C-2 (Intermediate Commercial) to C-2 SP (Intermediate Commercial, Special Permit) to allow massage therapy and all underlying C-2 uses.
