Description
Request to amend the Phoenix Zoning Ordinance, Section 601, the Zoning Map of the City of Phoenix, by adopting Rezoning Application Z-SP-3-25-6, and rezone the site from R1-6 (Pending C-2) (Single-Family Residence District, Pending Intermediate Commercial) and R-5 (Pending C-2) (Multifamily Residence District - Restricted Commercial, Pending Intermediate Commercial) to C-2 SP (Intermediate Commercial, Special Permit) to allow a self-service storage warehouse (facility). This is a companion case to Z-72-25-6 and should be heard following Z-72-25-6.
