For $527,050 in additional payment authority for Agreement 161524, Change Order 4 (AH10010002-4) for US Vets Miscellaneous Repairs and Improvements Design-Bid-Build project for the Housing Department. This Change Order funds construction of Phase II, which includes improvements to the kitchen, dining area, and auxiliary spaces; repair and repainting of the building exterior; landscaping; and repaving and re-striping of the parking lot to meet Americans with Disabilities Act requirements. These items were not included in the original bid. This project is funded by Federal funds, State funds, and other Housing Department sources.
