Description

Request to amend the Phoenix Zoning Ordinance, Section 601, the Zoning Map of the City of Phoenix, by adopting Rezoning Application Z-78-22-6 and rezone the site from R1-6 (Single-Family Residence District) to R-3 (Multifamily Residence District) to allow multifamily residential.
