Description

Request to amend the Phoenix Zoning Ordinance, Section 601, the Zoning Map of the City of Phoenix, by adopting Rezoning Application Z-152-25-8 and rezone the site from R-3 RSIOD (Multi-Family Residence District, Rio Salado Interim Overlay District) to PUD RSIOD (Planned Unit Development, Rio Salado Interim Overlay District) to allow warehouse, storage yard, and CP/GCP uses.
