Description

Request to amend the Phoenix Zoning Ordinance, Section 601, the Zoning Map of the City of Phoenix, by adopting Rezoning Application Z-36-21-6 and rezone the site from C-2 SP (Intermediate Commercial District, Special Permit) to R-3 (Multifamily Residence District) to allow multifamily residential.
