Request to authorize the City Manager, or his designee, to enter into a contract with J Harris Industrial Water Treatment, Inc. to provide water purification systems service and parts for the Public Works and Water Services departments. Further request to authorize the City Controller to disburse all funds related to this item. The total value of the contract will not exceed $750,000.

Summary
This contract will provide inspection, testing, and monitoring of bacteria levels in laboratory reagent water for the Water Services Environmental Laboratory and the Crime Laboratory. Additionally, the contractor will inspect, drain, clean, or replace membranes in the humidification system at the Phoenix Art Museum.
The vendor will perform repairs, supply parts, and replace equipment as needed to ensure that all water purification systems operate efficiently. These systems are critical to City operations, as the Crime Laboratory requires accurate water quality to ensure reliable testing for law enforcement purposes, and the Phoenix Art Museum depends on precise humidity control to preserve and protect artwork displayed and stored on-site.

Contract Term
