Description

Request to amend the Phoenix Zoning Ordinance, Section 601, the Zoning Map of the City of Phoenix, by adopting Rezoning Application Z-2-19-4 and rezone the site from C-2 and P-1 to C-2 HGT/WVR DNS/WVR to allow multifamily residential with a height and density waiver up to the R-4 standards.
