Description

Request to amend the Phoenix Zoning Ordinance, Section 601, the Zoning Map of the City of Phoenix, by adopting Rezoning Application Z-42-23-7 and rezone the site from CP/GCP (Commerce Park/General Commerce Park Option) to C-2 HGT/WVR DNS/WVR (Intermediate Commercial, Height Waiver, Density Waiver) and C-2 (Intermediate Commercial) to allow multifamily residential on the north portion of the site and a public school on the south portion.

PC Action: The Planning Commission heard this case on Nov. 2, 2023, and recommended approval, per the Addendum A staff report, with a modified stipulation, by a vote of 9-0.
