Description

Request to hold a public meeting and consider amending the Phoenix Zoning Ordinance, Section 601, the Zoning Map of the City of Phoenix, by adopting Rezoning Application Z-47-25-1 and rezone the site from PSC (Approved PSCOD) (Planned Shopping Center District, Approved Planned Shopping Center Overlay District) to PUD (Planned Unit Development) to allow retail and commercial uses.
