I have the capability, reliability and qualifications to hold a liquor license because:
“Applicant's members have significant experience with operating establishments with liquor licenses for over five years. Applicant currently holds two other Series 12 licenses: one in Scottsdale and one in Gilbert. Applicant will continue to follow all Arizona liquor laws and regulations and will ensure proper training of managers and staff on the same.”
The public convenience requires and the best interest of the community will be substantially served by the issuance of the liquor license because:
“Applicant plans to open Barrio Queen at Desert Ridge, which will be a Mexican restaurant selling food, beer, wine, and spirits. It will complement the other establishments currently operating at Desert Ridge Marketplace, and will provide an additional dining option to the surrounding community.”
