Request to authorize the City Manager, or his designee, to execute an amendment to Contract 149260 with Mallory Safety and Supply, LLC to extend contract term and add additional expenditures. Further request to authorize the City Controller to disburse all funds related to this item. The additional expenditures will not exceed $648,130.

Summary
This contract will provide emergency preparedness equipment. This includes respiratory protection for employees to effectively manage or eliminate hazardous airborne exposures associated with the work environment for the Police Department. This action will ensure an uninterrupted supply of goods which are necessary for continued operations of the Police Department.
Contract Term
Upon approval the contract will be extended through Jan. 22, 2029.
Financial Impact
Upon approval of $648,130 in additional funds, the revised aggregate value of the contract will not exceed $2,648,130. Funds are available in the Police Department’s budget.
