Applicant’s Statement
The applicant submitted the following statement in support of this application. Spelling, grammar and punctuation in the statement are shown exactly as written by the applicant on the City Questionnaire.
I have the capability, reliability and qualifications to hold a liquor license because:
“I have many years experience working in the liquor industry and have complied with the laws of the State of Arizona Liquor Department and the City of Phoenix. I have ensured that the entire staff has received liquor law training to identify intoxicated customers as well as knowing what identification is acceptable and checking for fake identification. This is an existing establishment that has been servicing the communities needs for many years. We want to be good community members and uphold the laws of this great State of Arizona. We are also proud to own a business in the City of Phoenix. Thank you for your consideration.”
