Summary
The CDBG RFP for Neighborhood Revitalization is funded by the U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development (HUD). The national objectives of the CDBG program are to develop viable urban communities by providing decent housing and a suitable living environment, and by expanding economic opportunities, principally for low- and moderate-income people.
The Neighborhood Revitalization program is intended to provide accessibility modification services to low- and moderate-income residents of Phoenix.

The CDBG RFP will be publicly advertised and available for download on Dec. 10, 2018. Applicants must be a non-profit corporation when the proposal is submitted. The total allocation available for the Neighborhood Revitalization program RFP is $90,000.
Financial Impact
