Description
Request to authorize the City Manager, or the City Manager's designee, to execute an amendment to Contract 161626 with Skyline Productions, Inc. to modify the scope of work to add the Planning and Development Department to the contract. Further request to authorize the City Controller to disburse all funds related to this item. The additional expenditures will not exceed $22,000.

This contract provides audio-visual (A/V) and live switching operator services on an as-needed basis. This amendment adds the Planning and Development Department to the contract to ensure professional and consistent A/V support for Village Planning Committee meetings when needed.

Contract Term
The contract term remains unchanged, ending on September 30, 2029.
Financial Impact
Upon approval of $22,000 in additional funds, the revised aggregate value of the contract will not exceed $422,000. Funds are available in the Planning and Development Department’s budget.
