Description

Request to amend the Phoenix Zoning Ordinance, Section 601, the Zoning Map of the City of Phoenix, by adopting Rezoning Application Z-57-22-4 and rezone the site from C-2 (Intermediate Commercial) and R1-6 (Approved P-1) (Single-Family Residence District, Approved Passenger Automobile Parking, Limited) to C-2 (Intermediate Commercial) and R-3 (Multifamily Residence District) to allow multifamily residential.
