Request to authorize the City Manager to amend the Phoenix Zoning Ordinance, Section 601, the Zoning Map of the City of Phoenix, by adopting Rezoning Application Z-32-18-8 and rezone the site from A-1 to WU Code T5:5 GWY for multifamily residential.
