Planning Hearing Officer Recommendation: The Planning Hearing Officer took this case under advisement awaiting the discussion between the applicant and the school district which occurred on March 21, 2017. The Planning Hearing Officer took the case out from under advisement and recommended approval with a modification and an additional stipulation on March 22, 2017.
