Report
Summary
This contract provides inspections, testing, and maintenance of the fire sprinkler system for the Phoenix Convention Center, Theatre Venues, and Parking Garages. The service includes quarterly, annual, and five-year maintenance, and parts and labor on an as-needed basis. The services will ensure the fire sprinkler systems are operationally reliable, efficient, and safe. This amendment provides additional funding and time for this critical life-safety service as the department reissues the solicitation following an unsuccessful initial procurement.
Contract Term
Upon approval, the contract will be extended through October 19, 2027.
Financial Impact
Upon approval of $250,000 in additional funds, the revised aggregate value of the contract will not exceed $1,350,000. Funds are available in the Phoenix Convention Center Department’s budget.
