Description

Request to authorize the City Manager, or their designee, to enter into encroachment permits with TSMC Arizona Corporation for the use and maintenance of proposed private conveyance pipelines and accessory equipment for industrial wastewater in the right-of-way. Underground facilities whose cross-sectional areas are equal to or greater than two feet across require Council action per City Code Section 31-80.

The permits include a provision for the City to assess annual fees totaling $9,431.74, consistent with major encroachments for private use of public right-of-way.
