Summary
The Contract provided the City of Phoenix Aviation Department with the initial purchase and implementation of the Event Management System (EMS) and continues to provide maintenance and technical support. The EMS provides situational awareness of airport events by enabling real-time management and dispatch response to all incident types, emergency and non-emergency, at Phoenix Sky Harbor International Airport (Airport). In addition to serving as a historical database of past incidents, the EMS provides the data and response procedures staff need to respond effectively to emergencies and irregular events. Saab Sensis Corporation is the only party authorized to maintain and support the EMS.
Contract Term
The contract term remains unchanged and will end on August 31, 2031.
Financial Impact
